owned subsidiary Sercel is in the final stage of negotiations with
Thales Underwater Systems in view of the acquisition of the seismic
equipment business of its Australian subsidiary. The acquired
product line ranges from seabed to surface marine seismic equipment
and brings a useful complement to Sercel's offer. The transaction
