Equity Office Properties Trust (NYSE: EOP) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared the fourth quarter 2006 dividend for EOP�s Series G preferred shares of beneficial interest. The 7.75% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share dividend of $0.484375 per share will be paid on Friday, December 15, 2006, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2006.
