("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV], pursuant to article 106, third paragraph of the Mexican Securities Market Law (Ley del Mercado de Valores), informs that it is unaware of the causes of its Series “L” shares’ unusual operations volume occurred today. As part of AMX’s share buyback program, today AMX acquired 37.1 million Series “L” shares.
