HEATHROW, Fla., July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultimate Franchise
Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: UFSY) today announced they will be focusing
on developing or acquiring brands in the smoothie or custom
beverage segments. As part of Ultimate's previously announced
strategy of rolling out more innovative, low-carb or nutritionally
balanced products, they will be actively pursuing the development
of cold and hot beverage products that consumers are purchasing, in
many cases, as a "day-part" meal replacement, most typically lunch.

that an area where there is perhaps the biggest opportunity for
Ultimate to diversify our offerings across all our brands is the

that this segment has legs and will be interested in developing a
