The Company announced that, on 12 February 2010 it bought back 100,000 Shares 
which have been placed in treasury. 
 
Following this buy back, the Company has 20,830,484 Shares in issue of which 
354,402 Shares are held in treasury.  Accordingly, the Company's voting share
