At the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 23 July 2009 each of the 
fourteen resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 23 June 2009, were 
passed on a show of hands. 
 
 
A copy of the resolutions concerning the items of special business passed at the 
meeting have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be 
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
