The Company has today been notified that Mr Peter Morgan, Non Executive 
Director, acquired on the 26 March 2009, 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each 
in the Company, at a purchase price of 77.5 pence per share. The purchase brings 
Mr Morgan's holding to 52,640, which amounts to 0.1394% of the ordinary issued 
share capital of the Company.
