Harworth Group plc (the " Company ") announces that, pursuant to
the block listing of 750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the capital of the Company (the " Shares ") announced on 8 November
2022 (the " 2022 Block Listing "), the Company has allotted a total
of 750,000 Shares as of 4 October 2023. As such, no further Shares
will be allotted pursuant to the 2022 Block Listing, and the 2022
Block Listing is hereby cancelled.
