Appointment of Finance Director



Further to the announcement of 1 August 2007, the Board of Debts.co.uk plc is
delighted to confirm the appointment with immediate effect of Richard Brian
Arden (aged 35) as Finance Director.



Stuart Cumberland, previously Finance Director, will take responsibility for
Strategic and Commercial Development.



Richard was previously an executive director of Westfield Contributory Health
Scheme Limited, a leading provider of health insurance to the public where his
responsibilities included finance, compliance and information communication
technologies. Richard's other experience has been at South Yorkshire Investment
Fund Limited and Coopers & Lybrand, latterly PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he
qualified as a Chartered Accountant.



Commenting on his appointment, Paul Carter, Chief Executive, said "I am

experience of consumer related financial services will be invaluable as we
continue our plans to grow the Company in the years to come."

Richard Arden has a beneficial interest in 3,746 ordinary shares in Debts.co.uk
plc.  The resultant aggregate Directors' shareholding is approximately 0.02% of
the current issued share capital of the Company.



Other information



Richard is currently a director of South Yorkshire Funding Advice Bureau (a
company limited by guarantee).  Richard has also been a director of Westfield
Contributory Health Scheme Limited in the previous five years.



There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with paragraph (g) of
Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
