                                Issue of Equity 
 
coffeeheaven international plc, the AIM listed speciality coffee bar business 
based in central Europe, has made application to AIM for the admission to 
trading of 7,379,841 new ordinary shares of 1p each, which have been issued 
following the exercise of options under the  Company's share-based incentive 
schemes. 
 
The 7,379,841 new ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM 
on 26 February 2010. 
 
The total number of shares in issue following the exercises of options is 
140,852,464.
