Based on a bid price valuation, the unaudited net asset value per Ordinary 
Share of the Company as at 4 March 2011 was 117.56 pence including estimated 
current period revenue and 117.55 pence excluding current period revenue. 
 
This is based on 73,142,881 Ordinary Shares, being the issued capital of 
83,275,319 Ordinary Shares less 10,132,438 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. 
 
The unaudited net asset values per Ordinary Share do not include any costs 
relating to the scheme of reconstruction which was approved by shareholders at 
the General Meeting held on 3 March 2011.
