                                 Result of AGM


Abingdon Capital plc ("the Company") announces that, at the Annual General
Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
Accordingly, effective from today the Company's name will change to Corporate
Synergy Group Plc. From Monday 11 April the Company's ticker will be CSG.
