 Block Listing Application 
  The Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange 
  Plc for a block listing of 491,108 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence 
  each ("Ordinary Shares"). The O rdinary Shares will be allotted 
  from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options 
  under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan . 
  It is expected that the block admission will become effective 
  on 26 June 2023. 
  The Ordinary Shares, when issued, shall rank equally with 
  the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.
