With wronginvestor's new research it appears the massive unlocking will happen on Dec 11th 2026, not June 11th

jour_trader, I agree, last qtr I calculated the liability of the warrants to be about 4 cents per share, If warrants aren't exercised we will need a lot of earnings to balance that situation out. Interesting to note that Nasrat our biggest shareholder also holds the most warrants.

What’s hosing up EPS is the warrant impact. EPS is all over the place due to the stock price fluctuations. Current shareholders know it is noise, but that noise isn’t ignored by potential investors unfortunately. The stock price cannot be optimized (entire goal of IR) until this is accomplished.
