The story is based on Juan Manuel (played by Sergio Basanez), a farmer who has practiced martial arts since his youth. When he finds it difficult to support his wife Gabriela and his young daughter Tatiana, he decides to go to the Mexico City to look for work. Once in the city, Juan Manuel uses his martial art techniques to prevent the kidnapping of the beer magnate Paz Achaval Urien (played by Margarita Gralia).
