Fleck as Chief Financial Officer (�CFO�). Mr. Fleck worked for Allied Products Corporation, a Chicago based manufacturer of various industrial products, from 1974 to 2004. From 1985 to 2004 he was Vice President � Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. During his tenure with Allied Products, revenues ranged from $140 million to $475 million. In addition to supervising their multi-divisional accounting staff, he was directly responsible for preparing and filing of reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (�SEC�). William P.
