PT Unilever Indonesia (UNVR.JK) reported Friday a first quarter net profit of IDR999 billion ($117 million), up from IDR971 billion a year earlier on stronger sales.

The local unit of Anglo-Dutch consumer goods company Unilever Plc. (UL) said in an exchange filing that sales reached IDR5.67 trillion in the first three months of the year, compared with IDR4.97 trillion a year earlier.
