Creating an accounting plug called equity investments with a phantom dollar amount it's ok with some of the troglodytes. They are ok with fluffing the balance sheet and general sketchiness.

UNCY. receives a CRL because FDA has not done their re inspection of the Indian sub contractor that failed the initial inspection a year ago.
IMHO the bet is they get a Class 1 re submission for their re submitted NDA ( 2 mth time line ) and will pass the re inspection .
