MOLINE, Ill., April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- John Deere Owner Trust 2005 today announced that it has elected to redeem all of its outstanding Class A-4 4.16% Asset Backed Notes, and make the final distribution on its Asset Backed Certificates. This redemption took place Wednesday, April 15, 2009. The redemption price of the Notes and the final distribution on the Certificates are equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes and Certificates as of the redemption date. Wednesday was also a monthly Payment Date for the Notes and Certificates.
