Truthfully, over the last 4 years I’ve put a lot of thought (guessulation) into the happenings of CGAC aka ART Digital. Most if not all of my thoughts were wrong. Therefore, I’m not even going to try to figure it out. 
However, I do know that the rules & requirements for listing on the NASDAQ
