LUXEMBOURG, September 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SBS Broadcasting Sarl (NASDAQ:SBTV) announced today that its wholly-owned Romanian subsidiary, Amerom Television S.R.L., has completed the acquisition of Romania's most popular music channel, TV K Lumea. With a focus on contemporary international and domestic hit music, TV K Lumea is the ratings leader in the 15-24 urban target group. TV K Lumea was launched in 1999 as Romania's first local language music channel. The terms of the acquisition are confidential.
