These guys made over $6m in net income last quarter, and the stock trades at a 14M market cap. What am I missing? Is it because of their african auditor, being OTC, foreign operations / potential fraud? Why is it so cheap, is the net income not actually real? No position.

The 3 current Commissioners are overworked. That position actually requires quite a bit of work that is administrative and non-political, and they are
