The company's multi antigen recognizing (MAR)-T cell therapy technology is based on the selective expansion of non-engineered tumor-specific T cells that recognize tumor-associated antigens and kill tumor cells expressing those targets. It develops MT-601, which is in Phase 1 trials for the treatment of lymphoma and pancreatic cancer; and MT-401-OTS, which is in a Phase 1 trial for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes.
