The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in the common stocks and/or depositary receipts, REITs, preferred securities, MLPs and ETF that comprise the index. The index is designed to provide exposure to five asset segments, each selected to result in a consistent and high yield for the index.
