Not at all, this is either an Enron or a Citibank after bankruptcy cleared. Keep in mind this is a Non Destructive RS, in fact the RS didn't hurt the share price, but the dilution did. Also keep in mind the buyback is still on the table and they can buyback at a rate of 400K shares per day currently
