NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST IN SHARES
 
The   Company  has  today  been  informed  by  letter/fax  from
Britannia  Group  PLC ("Britannia") that Promenade  Investments
Limited  ("Promenade")  ,  a  wholly  owned  subsidiary,  today
acquired  4,852,721  ordinary shares  in  the  Company,  making
Britannia's  total  holding (inclusive of the  shares  held  by
Promenade)  52,975,634  shares, being 29.92  per  cent  of  the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
