Medic Vision (ASX/AIM: MVH) is pleased to announce that Frank Cannavo will be 
acting as Interim Chairman of Medic Vision, with immediate effect, as a result 
of the resignation of Ratnarajah ("Thamby") Navaratnam, who is leaving to pursue 
other business interests. 
The Board of Directors would like to thank Thamby for his commitment and 
contribution to the development of Medic Vision's businesses during his time as 
Chairman and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours. 
Mr Cannavo, who joined the Board on 5 April 2007 has been instrumental in 
assisting the Company secure additional capital, and will now lead the 
initiative to recruit the Company's new Chairman, whilst continuing to support 
the Company in its discussions with the ASX and its auditors regarding Medic 
Vision's reinstatement to ASX listing. 
A further announcement will be made when an appropriate candidate for Chairman 
is identified. 
The Company's new management team has now taken over negotiations with Apollo 
Hospital Enterprise Limited ("Apollo Hospital"), regarding the development and 
opening of the medical and surgical training centre in Chennai (the "Chennai 
Centre") and other potential projects. Part of the negotiations will involve the 
finalisation of the commercial arrangements and the re-setting of the project 
timelines, due to the unforeseen delays experienced due to the bad weather 
conditions in Chennai during the development of the site for the first training 
centre. A further announcement in relation to completion of the Chennai Centre 
will be made in due course.
