EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT 
 
Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist, 
announces the following external board appointment: 
 
Ms Ruth Cairnie will be appointed as a Non-executive Director of Rolls-Royce 
plc, the global provider of integrated power systems and services to the civil 
aerospace, defence aerospace, marine and energy markets, with effect from 1 
September 2014. 
 
Ms Cairnie has been a Non-executive Director of Keller since 1 June 2010 and is 
a member of the Nomination and Health, Safety & Environment Committees and is 
Chair of the Remuneration Committee. 
 
Ms Cairnie is Non-executive Director of Associated British Foods plc and has 
held a number of senior international roles within Royal Dutch Shell plc, most 
recently as Executive Vice President Strategy & Planning. 
 
There is no additional information required to be disclosed pursuant to 
paragraph LR9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
