Further to the earlier announcements regarding the placement of 3,000,000 fully
paid ordinary shares at a price of A$4.30 per share, the Company has today
completed the issue and allotment of the outstanding balance of 100,000 shares


Application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary
shares in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected to commence
on 19 February 2008.
