The final terms dated 20 December 2021 (the "Final Terms") have been prepared in relation to the non-exempted offer of notes with ISIN XS2269745126 series ndeg8 tranche ndeg1 (the "Notes") to be issued by Natixis Structured Issuance SA and guaranteed by NATIXIS under its Base Prospectus dated 13 July 2021 as so supplemented. The Notes will be subject to admission to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, on or around 25 February 2022 (the "Issue Date") following the end of the offer period and determination of the amount to be issued.
