It seems like Elite can amend the existing filing from a P IV to a P III if I’m reading the document correctly. So still, doesn’t make sense. Let us get the approval whenever and we’ll wait to launch as soon as those patents are up (assuming no one else has exclusivity).

I read that as submission to the FDA as in it buys Purdue even more time beyond the patent expiration date. 

It’s far from going to no bid. Bid is high AF right now and not something you see daily around the OTC market. 

Something is brewing and this is for sure going places (bid still gives the biggest tells)…I just don’t think it’s going be that big of a deal, anymore, after this crap.

Also, look at the past six Months. They had 7.5 - 1 Billion volume days over the past six Months. Backlog, bottleneck....fucked.

Does this mean every penny spent on this case was a complete waste of time since we can't launch until the patents are up?
