From what I understood of the PR the $150M valuation was going into a separate listed ticker symbol supposedly going on the NYSE...

The 1 billion shares will be divided by 15 million shares.They are valuing the new entity at 150 million and 10 bucks a share.So 15 million shares.The 1 billion shares now in play will be divided by 15 million which is 66.66 .So each 66.6 shares equals 10 bucks.Or 15 cents per share.Good luck and go

Following the 2025 CRL the FDA terminated any further discussions with the Co over labeling ...not the case this time according to the Ceo
