Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary PRVCY Couture, Inc., has entered into a strategic partnership and exclusive distribution agreement with a group of U.S. based and Canadian companies related to E-marketing under its flagship PRVCY brand. The sales channels opened will lead to the development of advertising /marketing campaigns, and focus on the sales of PRVCY products.

Christian Wicks, President of Omni Ventures, Inc. commented, "The recently announced formation of our e-commerce division was the first step in the development of our high-margin online sales and distribution infrastructure.
