We produce materials for use in three business areas: personal care ingredients, including ingredients for use in sunscreens as active pharmaceutical ingredients ("APIs"); fully formulated cosmetics of our own design which are developed, marketed and distributed under the Solesence(R) brand name by our wholly owned subsidiary Solesence, LLC; and medical diagnostics ingredients.
