The Company is also planning two Lithium Complexes, to be located in Northern Nevada and in the Midwest United States. The Lithium Complexes are intended to process high-grade lithium ore, assemble lithium-ion batteries from cells and recycle spent lithium-ion batteries. There is a joint venture with Altair International including the Stonewall Flat Lithium and Kingman Rare Earth properties. American Lithium Minerals, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Nevada on March 10, 2005. Since its inception, the Company has acquired mineral rights to mining properties in North America and explored for minerals. The Company's activities since 2009 have been focused on lithium exploration. In addition, the Company has acquired a uranium project in Central Nevada and a rare earth element (REE) property in Kingman, Arizona.
