TERREBONNE, QC, Aug. 3 /CNW/ -- TERREBONNE, QC, Aug. 3 /CNW Telbec/ - ADF Group Inc. ("ADF" or the "Corporation") (ticker symbol: DRX/TSX) announced today the appointment of Mr. Jean-François Boursier, CA as the Corporation' new Chief Financial Officer. In this position, he will report to Mr. Jean Paschini, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Boursier has a solid expertise in financial management. Since 2005, Mr. Boursier was the Corporate Controller at Héroux-Devtek. Previously, he worked at Holcim Canada (St-Lawrence Cement) for more than 16 years, where he held different positions including the company's Corporate Controller from 2001 to 2005, Mr. Boursier is a member of the "Ordre des comptables agrées du Québec" since 1989, and holds a bachelor of administration degree from the Université du Québec. Mr. Boursier will begin his functions at ADF on September 15, 2010. "We are pleased to welcome Mr. Boursier to ADF's team", said Mr. Jean Paschini.
