                              Holdings in Company

The Company has today been informed that on 24 November 2003, Mr A J Richards
acquired 6,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and now holds 6,100,000
ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.6 per cent of the issued share
capital.

The Company has also today been informed that Sidebell Limited, a company in
which Simon Richards, a director of ARC, has a beneficial interest, sold
6,000,000 new ordinary shares on 24 November 2003 and now holds 33,192,500
ordinary shares, representing approximately 19.62 per cent of the issued share
capital. As a result of this transaction, Simon Richards' beneficial interest in
the share capital of the Company is 33,442,500 ordinary shares, representing
approximately 19.76 per cent of the issued share capital.
