Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 21, 2025, Jodi Bricker notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (the “Company”) of her intention not to stand for re-election as a director of the Company when her term expires at the Company’s upcoming 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Bricker will continue to serve on the Board until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Ms. Bricker’s decision not to stand for re-election was not the result of any disagreement with the Company relating to its operations, policies, or practices.
