ITEM 8.01    OTHER EVENTS

On June 5, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly base cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the Company’s common stock and a quarterly supplemental cash dividend of $0.17 per share on the Company’s common stock. Both dividends are payable August 30, 2024, to stockholders of record at the close of business August 16, 2024.
