Sometimes the pre-market trading is a head-fake, and other times it is the start of a move up.
IMO, it is smart to watch the premarket trades.

Your discussions such as 10 year survival data, NICE approval, tax savings, etc over the years only lead to 95% drop in share price and 13 years of lost opportunity cost, LOL! ;)
