Seven Hills, Australia, October 29, 2024—Innovation Beverage
Group Ltd, (“IBG” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:IBG), an innovative developer, manufacturer, and marketer of a growing
beverage portfolio of 60 formulations across 13 alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands, announced today that through warehouses in the U.S.,
the Company has received its largest shipment of Australian Bitters Company and BITTERTALES brands to serve its expanding distribution
network. `
Recently, IBG announced that its Australian Bitters Company brand is now
available nationwide through Sysco and is the first bitters to be sold by the global leader in foodservice distribution. IBG’s bitters
brands are produced at its state-of-the-art U.S. FDA and GMP certified facility in Australia and shipped worldwide. `

Seven Hills, Australia, October 8, 2024—Innovation Beverage
Group Ltd, (“IBG” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:IBG), an innovative developer, manufacturer, and marketer of a growing
beverage portfolio of 60 formulations across 13 alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands, announced today it is scaling up production of its
bitters brands at its Australian distillery and bottling facility by 600% per shift and up to 2000% per 24 hour cycle.
IBG’s state-of-the-art FDA and GMP certified facility, which currently
produces 4,000 bottles of bitters per 8-hour shift, will double output to 8,000 bottles per shift in the next 45 days, with further increases
to 28,000 bottles per shift shortly thereafter. The facility has the capacity to run three 8-hour shifts per day, bringing the total daily
output to up to 84,000 bottles.
“With our rapidly expanding distribution in the U.S., we are investing
in the additional equipment needed to ramp production. We believe that at 84,000 bottles of bitters produced daily, we can supply global
demand,” stated IBG’s CEO Dean Huge. “Major retail chains and large distributors currently considering adding Australian
Bitters Company and BitterTales to their offerings want to see that we have the capacity to meet their volume needs. Following our recent

Jodhan as Chief Sales Officer.
Genevieve is well known in the beverage industry
as a senior executive with proven experience in brand building. Genevieve joined Angostura Holdings Limited, the brand owner of the global
iconic cocktail bitters brand, Angostura Bitters, in 2007. During her 11+ years at Angostura, she moved through five executive appointments,
from Supply Chain Operations to Export Business Development, International Sales, and Marketing and, in 2017, she became the company’s
first female Chief Executive Officer. She directed the commercial team that re-engineered the distribution model for Europe, the Middle
East, Africa, Asia and Australia and the marketing of Angostura’s international brands including Angostura Aromatic Bitters. In
addition to her role as CEO, Genevieve continued to lead the brand building team and developed strategic brand re-positioning tools that
enabled international growth in the beverage alcohol industry. Genevieve is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a BSc
in Economics, and an MSc in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management in the U.K. Genevieve completed
the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and since 2021, she has been a guest lecturer on Supply Chain Resilience for
the Supply Chain Leadership development program at the University of Warwick, U.K.
