EagleBank is proud to announce the addition of two new members, Dominic Finelli and Joann Kay, to its Maryland Advisory Board, and three new members, Harry Klaff, Lorraine Lavet and Wade Tetsuka, to its Northern Virginia Advisory Board. These Advisory Boards represent the Bank in the Maryland and Northern Virginia markets, and members act as liaisons between the Bank and the community.

Maryland Advisory Board:

Dominic Finelli, Principal, Custom Vending Company, has over 40 years of experience in the business of providing snack and beverage vending solutions to a variety of companies including government offices, corporations, professional buildings, car dealers, hospitals and other organizations.

Joann Kay, President, Kay Brothers Management Company, manages a real estate portfolio consisting of multi-family, retail and office properties through the use of third party managers.  By seeking under performing real estate assets and upgrading these properties, Kay has found a successful way to leverage the management skills necessary for profitable real estate ownership.  For more than 60 years, the Company has remained dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing with the same values and principles instilled by its founders.

Northern Virginia Advisory Board:

Harry Klaff, Managing Director, Jones Lang LaSalle, specializes in Tenant Representation services.  Klaff has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate with a track record in structuring complex real estate transactions.  In addition, Klaff co-manages the McLean office for Jones Lang LaSalle, the leading tenant representation office in the region.

Lorraine Lavet, Sector Leader/National Association Specialty Practice, Korn/Ferry International, specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives for trade associations, professional societies and other non-profit organizations. Lavet has spent more than two decades in association leadership positions representing high-tech companies and government contractors before federal and state government bodies in both branches of the government.

Wade Tetsuka, CPA, President, U.S. Transactions Corporation, brings 20 years of financial expertise and business management experience to U.S. Transactions Corporation.  Tetsuka has an extensive network of contacts within the government contracting arena.  He was previously with Ernst & Young in San Francisco and later PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Stuttgart, Germany where he was senior engagement manager responsible for the assurance work for IBM, Kodak, Sony Europe, and several other multinational companies.
