On January 4, 2019, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 6, 2018, among PVKG Intermediate Holdings Inc. (“Parent”), PVKG Merger Sub, Inc. (“Merger Sub”) and ConvergeOne Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company (the “Merger”), with the Company surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
