Update re Subscription and Loan
Conversion: Revised Admission Date
Sondrel (AIM: SND), a
leading provider of ultra-complex chips for leading global
technology brands, announces further to the Company's
announcement of 10 June 2024 (the "Announcement") that Admission of
the Subscription Shares and the Conversion Shares is now expected
to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 14 June 2024.
Following Admission, the total number of
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in issue is expected
to be 172,461,772 with each ordinary share carrying the right to
one vote. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury and
therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is
expected to be 172,461,772. The above figure may be used by
Shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of
the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this
announcement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the
Announcement.
