DS Smith Plc today announces
that Louise Smalley will retire from the
Board with effect from the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting
on 3 September 2024.
Commenting on Louise's retirement,
Geoff Drabble, Chair, said:

dedicated service and significant contribution during her 10-year
