On 21 January 2025, the Company
purchased in the market 16,051 Ordinary shares at a price of
241.6221 pence per share. These shares will be held in
treasury.
Following the transaction, the
Company's share capital comprises:
40,993,792 Issued Ordinary shares
(excluding treasury shares)
1,239,282 Ordinary shares held in
treasury
42,233,074 Issued Ordinary shares
(including treasury shares)
The total number of shares with voting
rights in the Company is 40,993,792 and this figure may be used by
