Non-Executive Director
retirement
Mears (LSE: MER), the UK Housing
solutions provider announces that, as
signalled previously, Dame Julia Unwin has today stepped down as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, retiring after nine years'
service. The Board thanks Julia for her contribution to the
Board and its workings.
Following Julia's retirement, Angela
Lockwood will now assume the role of Senior Independent
Director.
The Board intends to recruit an
additional Non-Executive Director during 2025.
