                       Keller Group plc ("the Company")                        

The Company was notified yesterday that, on 18 December 2012, Mr Paul Withers, who was appointed as a Director of the Company on 17 December 2012, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 647.9 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Withers has a beneficial interest in 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
