PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 30 June 2006 that pursuant to the exercise of an
option under the Hyder Consulting Executive Share Scheme (2002), Rod Stewart, a
PDMR, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder, at an exercise price
of 87.5p per share. Following this exercise, Mr Stewart holds 18,984 ordinary
shares in the Company representing 0.0577% of the issued ordinary share capital.
