Restricted Share Awards to
Directors
Goldplat plc, (AIM: GDP) the AIM
listed Mining Services Group, with international gold recovery
operations located in South Africa and Ghana, servicing the African
and South American Mining Industry, is pleased to announce that as
envisaged in its announcement of 28 May 2024, it has awarded
200,000 restricted shares to each of Brent Doster, Chief Financial
Officer and to Douglas Davidson, Chief Operating Officer. The
restricted share awards will vest at nil cost to the employee after
1 July 2025 if the individual is still employed by the Company on
that date.

PDMR forms below made in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of
the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
